Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern the use of GoSparked.ai, an AI-powered SaaS platform for Amazon sellers. By registering and using the platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Account and Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• GoSparked.ai is intended exclusively for business use.
• You are required to provide truthful and complete information.
• You are responsible for the security of your account and must not share your credentials with third parties.

3. Subscription and Payment

GoSparked.ai offers several subscription options:

• Monthly: Billed monthly, cancellable at the end of the current period.
• Annual: Annual commitment with monthly billing. Cancel at least 30 days before renewal.
• Upfront: Annual one-time payment. Cancel at least 30 days before renewal.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled within the specified notice period.

4. Beta Terms

• Beta access costs a one-time fee of EUR 49.
• During the beta phase, there is no guaranteed uptime or feature set.
• We expect constructive feedback to help improve the platform.
• After the beta, you will not be automatically converted to a paid subscription — you choose if and which subscription to start.

5. AI Output Disclaimer

Spark outputs are advisory in nature and do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for verifying and acting on recommendations. GoSparked.ai is not liable for business decisions based on Spark output.

6. Amazon Data

• You authorize GoSparked.ai to access your Amazon data via the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API).
• This data is used exclusively to provide the service.
• GoSparked.ai does not share data between user accounts.
• You can revoke data access at any time in your Amazon Seller Central settings.

7. Intellectual Property

• GoSparked.ai owns the platform, the Sparks, and the underlying technology.
• You retain ownership of your uploaded data and generated outputs.
• You may not copy, modify, decompile, or make the platform available to third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

• GoSparked.ai's liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 12 months.
• GoSparked.ai is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence.

9. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

11. Changes to These Terms
