What happens after the beta?

After the beta period you will receive an email with the V1 options. You choose which team subscription you want to start. There is no automatic billing and no mandatory transition — you decide. The €49 beta fee is separate from the V1 subscription.

Can I combine multiple teams?

Yes. You can combine multiple teams — you then pay the sum of the teams. If you need 3 or more teams, the Full Team (€899/m) is almost always more cost-effective. Oliver (Team Manager) is available in every plan — he routes your questions to the right Spark, even if you only have one team.

Are the V1 prices final?

The V1 prices are indicative and may be adjusted before launch. We show them now to give you an honest picture of the expected costs — no surprises afterwards. Beta users may receive an introductory rate for the first V1 period.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. V1 subscriptions can be cancelled monthly — no minimum contract period, no cancellation fees. You have access until the end of the paid period.
